Tea sandwich: $1.25 each or trays of 40 for $50. Any quantity is available.

 

SAVORIES – Recommended, (2) per person, Chef’s choice of in-season savories may include artichoke bread triangles, herb & cheese crustini’s or other seasonal inspired warm bites.

TEA

Choose (3) Gourmet Loose leaf teas from Vianne’s menu of over 120 teas. Recommendations: a green, red and black tea, unlimited quantity. Choose at least one no-caffeine tea for groups.

Chicken Carbonara – includes assorted sautéed peppers (yellow, red, green), bacon, Portobello mushrooms, Asiago cheese and chives with chucks of premium white meat chicken breast over garden rotini pasta.

Half pan $55. Full pan $85

Chicken Mesa – includes assorted sautéed peppers (yellow, red, green), corn kernels, cumin, black olives and chucks of premium white meat chicken breast over penne pasta. Half pan $60. Full pan $90.

Other seasonal pasta selections may be offered.

DESSERTS – Assortment of Petit Fours, chocolate dipped strawberries, lemon tarts, coconut macaroons – chef’s choice of in-season desserts.
